A WARM EMBRACE It was a long wait, a wait that lasted across a millenia. I had to learn to stand and walk, to call out my mom for her love and care. I faced the trials of books and chores, all, so that I may achieve my goals. I had to leave my home and land, in pursuit of dreams which never seemed so near. I faced the reality of life out there, which never seemed fair for folks from our land. I had to work for the need of man, As the price for respect was my face in sweat. I did all that with hope of respite, from the brutality that roams our land in pride. I looked up the Heavens for an answer to my heart, that seemed so empty inspite of all my worth. And an answer i did get, A warm embrace, that'll last a lifetime. HAPPY BIRTHDAY MY DEAREST
