What You Do as a Customer Service Specialist? As our Customer Service Representative, you have one clear goal: prevent issues, resolve problems, and keep our customers happy. You'll be our customers' first point of contact for inquiries via phone, chat, and/or email, which includes everything from order and product inquiries to payment requests and website instructions. Our Customer Service Advisors use a variety of tools to guide, research and develop solutions and communicate effectively with our customers.
