I’ve organized today’s photo so it’s easier to browse and yes, there are some crazy deals hidden in there that you won’t want to scroll past! Every week, sourcing produce, rescuing produce, setting prices, and merchandising the store is a huge process. It takes a whole team working hard to find the best quality produce at the best price so when you walk in, you’re greeted with a fabulous display and fantastic freshness. That’s why we source everything on Wednesdays and Thursdays so it’s ready for you by Friday. Usually, we sell out by Tuesday which is why the store feels a little emptier on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Our vision is to create multiple produce hubs just like this, in locations closer to you. We truly want to thank all of you for supporting us through the ups and downs.
