Come and join our friendly sessions to watch live cooking demonstrations, exchange ideas, embrace mealtimes and enjoy plenty of tasters prepared and cooked by our professional chef. Taking place every Tuesday from 21 January to 8 April at Eternity Church, Sovereign Way, Downham Market from 9:30am until 11:30am. ▪ Free to attend ▪ Family friendly - children welcome ▪ Exchange ideas, money saving tips and recipes ▪ Weekly taste testers - can you guess the budget item? ▪ Taste food cooked by a professional chef ▪ Come together within the community and make friends ▪ Access the team from Lily for further support on coping with the current cost of living crisis. The sessions will include nutrition, shopping on a budget, cooking for one, special diets, food for families and more.
