There’s a room in my house that’s become a sanctuary for the plants. Every morning, I put on music for them – Chopin, or Anders Holte or ?.. when I want the room to feel like it’s breathing light.... and then I step back and watch. Their Auras shift. Colours brighten and swirl, like the music is waking something inside them that was sleeping. You can almost see them lean into it ... the way their leaves lift, the way the whole room feels lighter when their energy changes. It’s a quiet reminder that everything responds to higher vibrations. Plants do. We do. Because when something carries a pure, strong frequency, it changes what it touches. It’s why essential oils work so deeply. They carry the plant’s highest vibration in concentrated form ... like holding the essence of a rose, or a tree, or a field of lavender in your hand. And when that meets the heaviness in us, it brings us back into balance. Back into something truer. Those higher vibrations will always be the ultimate healer. And people are no different. Some carry that same quiet purity – you feel it when you’re with them. Your shoulders drop. Your mind stills. Something in you remembers who you are, just by being in their field. They don’t need to say wise things or teach you anything…..their energy does the work. And then there are others.🙄 Their words might sound right. They might talk about growth and love and light. But you leave feeling unsettled, heavy in your chest, like your system is trying to shake off something that doesn’t belong to you. Because their energy tells the truth their words don't. Maybe look deeper at the people in your world. Who you’re interacting with. Notice how you feel after you’ve been with someone, or even after you’ve watched them online. This morning I came across a woman giving spiritual advice online, telling people how to live their lives better. Her words were confident, her expression looked authentic, but her energy told another story. Her aura held this dense green-grey fog .. the colours of jealousy, unspoken truths, the heaviness of someone not living what they teach. It’s easy to be drawn in by words that sound good. But your system always knows the real frequency behind them. So watch for it. Feel for it. Choose who you let into your field with the same care you’d choose what goes into your body. Because whether it’s oils, music, or people – the frequencies we surround ourselves with shape us, heal us, or slowly pull us out of alignment.
