As we expand our services across Southeast Asia, we’re looking for dedicated team members who care about helping customers succeed. 🔸About the Role We’re hiring a Customer Success & Support Associate to help onboard, support, and grow our merchant and bank partners. You’ll work directly with clients, answering questions, solving problems, and ensuring they get the most value from Dinger’s products. This is a hands-on, associate-level role. You’ll be doing the real work: guiding users, troubleshooting issues, and working closely with our tech and business teams to make things better every day. 🔸What You’ll Do ✅Support new merchants during onboarding and technical integration (APIs, dashboard setup, payment links). ✅Troubleshoot issues in collaboration with product and engineering teams. ✅Respond to client inquiries over chat, email, or phone in a clear, friendly manner. ✅Document recurring issues and contribute to support content like FAQs, walkthroughs, or user stories. ✅Gather user feedback and relay insights to the product team. ✅Help prepare basic business requirement documents or internal support checklists. 🔸What We’re Looking For ✅1+ years of experience in customer support, account operations, or a similar role (ideally in tech or fintech). ✅Strong communication skills in both Burmese and English. ✅Comfortable working with digital tools, platforms, and APIs (basic understanding is fine—we’ll train you). ✅A problem-solver who enjoys helping others and learning new systems. ✅Organized and dependable—able to juggle multiple client needs and meet deadlines. 💢 Nice-to-Haves 💢 Experience using Postman, Notion, Intercom, or support ticketing tools. Familiarity with REST APIs or payment systems.
