A transformative mental health workshop awaits, designed to empower individuals with essential skills for supporting others in need. Join a community focused on understanding and addressing mental health challenges after a Crisis Event. IDENTIFY-INTERACT FOLLOW-UP to begin the recovery process The Crisis Event Response Team workshop prepares participants to hold the most effective defusing and after-support for those who may be exposed to or impacted by an event. CERT training is delivered in a 6-hour day (plus breaks)It builds on the knowledge and skills gained from one of the recommended courses such as Mental Health First Aid or Psychological First Aid. CERT Training is delivered to Front-line workers, Rescue Team members, First Responders, HR professional, Counsellors and Therapists, Mental Health Champions within a company or organization, & Lay providers. all who become part of a Crisis Event Response Team.
