Kickboxing for 6 - 9 year olds at Endurance Kickboxing Aberdeen A very energetic class for our 'Ninja' age group! Here we start to look at the technical aspect of kickboxing, learning lots of kicks and punches (how to put these together/make them flow) and learning the basics of kickboxing strategies for sparring and movement. Here, we begin to explore the technical aspects of kickboxing, learning various kicks and punches (how to combine them effectively) and mastering the fundamentals of kickboxing strategies for sparring and movement. We also offer advanced sessions and competitive-level training for those who compete and possess a higher technical ability, as well as a good attitude towards training. Classes run Mon - Thurs evenings with sparring on a Friday. We currently have spaces in our Tuesday and Thursday classes at 5.05pm - 5.50pm!
