We have not one but two estate sales in Greenville this week! Both of them start on Thursday, August 7th at 9am. We will go from 9am-5pm Thursday and Friday (Friday everything is 50% off!) and Saturday 9am-10 for our make an offer hour. The first one is ready to post pictures and details and I will be posting those in three batches of pictures. The address for the first one is 232 Ark Ave. Go past the nursing home on Marion Drive and take a left at the stop sign. At the curve in the road on the left is the house. If you're able to share this post it would be much appreciated as I know we'll be competing with the 127 sales and all the other sales going on in Greenville this week. If you know someone that loves primitive decor this is a sale for them! We also have a nice Vaughan Bassett Solids bedroom set in perfect condition! It has a queen bed frame, a large tall chest and matching armoire! There's also a dining room table that is very solid with leaves and 8 chairs that has a matching lighted china cabinet. There's some Sony stereo equipment, VHS/combo's, a nice desk and a clean and comfortable black office chair in great shape, a metal file cabinet and a solid wood lateral file cabinet, Allis Chalmers items, a nice Dewalt tool bench, fishing items, some jewelry and jewelry boxes and armoire, a nice maroon suitcase set, office supplies, quilts and a nice yellow older quilt, a Jenny Lind bed frame with a nice clean full mattress set, a TV stand with barn sliding doors, lace doilies, linens, metal garden bench, deer concrete garden figurine, lots of primitive decor, linens, electonics, a wooden 4 piece tray table set, a neat antique clock shelf, puzzles, tools, lamps, glassware, nice crystal wine glasses and iced tea goblets, a Corelle ivy dinner set with matching glasses, a Kitchenaid mixer, Kitchenaid red utensils and other kitchen items, pots and a KitchenAid nice frying pan set, rooster canister set and decor, crockpot and a toaster oven, a Keurig duo machine, large pump drink dispensers, garden items, household cleaners (some new), antique crocks one being a #15 with some damage, wet/dry shop vac, wall pictures, some Tupperware, a shoe rack/cubby, portable heaters, a nice garage fridge in good shape!, and SO much more! I'm not doing numbers and will let in as many as we safely can. We take cash or credit card. Be looking for the other pictures for this sale along with details in a couple of days for the one we are having on Chippewa. That one has fishing/hunting gear, train items and many other miscellaneous items.
