Position- Salesperson Location: 500 S Martin Luther King Hwy Lake Charles LA 70601 Full time (40-50 hours per week) Commission based (no cap on commissions) best commission pay structure around Earning potential based on performance. Normally ranges from 100-200k with opportunities to earn bonuses We’re looking for a highly motivated Manufactured Home Salesperson to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who is driven to succeed, loves working with people, and has the hustle to make things happen. Job roles: Greet and assist prospective buyers in finding the right home Build relationships and follow up with leads Guide customers through the sales process from first visit to closing Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date on inventory and offerings Work with the sales team and leadership to meet and exceed monthly goals Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sale What We’re Looking For: Sales experience (manufactured homes, car sales or real estate, but not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and results-driven mindset Ability to work 2-3 Saturdays a month and flexible hours as needed. Will have a weekday off as well as Sundays Comfortable using technology and CRM tools to manage leads Comfortable navigating Facebook, facebook business suite, Facebook marketplace, tik tok and other social media platforms.
