BREATHWORK | MICHELLE BAKER | 28 februari ——— BREATHWORK | NEW MOON - REFELCTION & RENEWAL Even if Astrology isn’t a world you’re wrapped up in, you might have heard from someone, somewhere that New Moons are seen as our lunar opportunity for a fresh start, a reset, a chance to begin again. It’s also a time when the moon is lit up from behind, blending in with the night sky and showing us its “shadow side” - making it a potent time of the month to pause for honest self reflection. As we close out the month together, we’ll set the intention to lean into the breath practice to reflect on any cycles that are coming to and end, reignite the spirit and reset the nervous system for a new lunar cycle and new month ahead. ——— We’ll begin class in circle with an introduction to the breath and a communal conversation around the theme before diving into the main ingredient, the breath. We’ll close our time together in circle.
