Several hundred years ago they gave up their nomadic lifestyle and settled among the Hausa, though they still retain relationships with nomadic Fulani groups. Prayer Points: • The Torrobe Fulani are reknown for producing some of Islam's greatest scholars. A few of these have come to faith in Jesus from reading the Quran. PRAY that the eyes of these influential scholars might be opened to lead their people out of darkness. • Most of the Torrobe Fulani now speak the Hausa language and have settled in towns and cities across north-west Nigeria. Here they have become influential leaders, teachers, judges and clerics among the Hausa. ASK the Lord of the harvest to transform their hearts and minds through the gospel so they will govern their people in righteousness. • PRAY for opportunities to show the Jesus Film in Cities, towns and villages where the Fulani live. PRAY for favor among Fulani leaders to allow the film to be shown without the threat of any reprisals. PRAY for open and prepared hearts as the Fulani watch this powerful gospel film.
