Women's Self-Discovery Workshop

You deserve to take time out to nurture the threads of who you are. We are excited to embark on this journey with you, offering you a chance to take your armour off, recentre and explore new threads to weave into the fabric of your life. Our creative workshops are designed for all women, to inspire connection, and self-discovery: - Threads of You: Each day will begin and end with a series of intentional, reflective practices designed to ground and inspire* - Looking Beyond the Familiar: Be guided to see new perspectives - Embodied Presence: Finding safety for our inner self to be heard - Your Story in Symbols: Let your inner voice offer guidance - Stitching Stories: Be held in the calm and honour your story - Threads of Us: Honour the imprint we leave for others We will be staying at the peaceful and serene Strathean Lodge, nestled on the stunning Kapiti Coast, from 4pm Friday, August 8th to 5pm Sunday, August 10th, 2025. Anita and Sarah, both qualified Counsellors, are here to hold space for your personal growth. Elise will be providing delicious, nourishing vegetarian food to fuel your body and soul.
