Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the entire production and operations of our reserved food factory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, improving production efficiency, ensuring quality control, and managing all aspects of production and staff. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the daily operations of the factory from start to finish, including planning and production. Develop and implement production strategies, ensuring timely and cost-effective production. Monitor and maintain production quality standards to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage inventory, raw materials, and packaging, ensuring availability without overstocking. Supervise, train, and manage production staff, ensuring a productive and safe work environment. Collaborate with other departments (like sales, logistics, and finance) to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency. Track production output and implement process improvements where necessary to maximize efficiency and profitability. Create and manage production schedules, ensuring timely deliveries and minimal downtime. Implement and monitor quality control procedures, ensuring products meet the highest standards. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions when necessary. Requirements: Proven experience in operations or production management, preferably in food manufacturing or related industries. Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams. In-depth knowledge of production processes, health and safety regulations, and quality control. Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively while managing multiple tasks. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Food Science, or a related field (preferred). Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken)
