In our “disposable” society, it can be difficult to trust a product is quality. Or the business will stand by it after the purchase. The majority of our lives are nothing more than transactional. This is where we differ. We cut, season, wet-age, package, and hand-pack every box. You pull that steak out of the freezer and throw it on a perfectly heated grill.
