We are delighted to share the success of the Bird Conservation Fair held at Fulsara F P School, Chandpara Bazar. This event was led by our vibrant Green Warriors, the youngest champions of our NGO, under the guidance of their teacher and our esteemed founder member, Chandrima Bose. The program featured: 🕊️ An inspiring play on bird conservation 🎥 Documentary screening 🎙️ Expert talks on avian protection 🎁 Handmade souvenirs, with proceeds supporting individuals who have transitioned from poaching to protecting wildlife We are immensely grateful to Mrs. Niranjita Mitra (WBFS), Mr. Rajat Kanti Ghosh (WBES), and Dr. Kanad Baidya for gracing the event with their presence and encouraging our efforts. A heartfelt thank you to each of our dedicated members: Arindam Chakraborty, Amit Mondal, Mrinmay Sarkar, Sneha Biswas, Debapriya Chakraborty, Soumitra Roy, Subhra Biswas, Bibek Mindal, Koushik Acharjee, Avijit Mondal, Sandip Biswas, Amlan Mitra, Dibyendu Biswas, and everyone who participated to make this event a grand success. With over 500 visitors at our stalls, their support was a significant step toward our cause. We extend our gratitude to our conservation partners, Wildlife Trust of India and Birdwatchers’ Society, for their constant support. We also thank the Forest Department, 24 Parganas North Division, for their invaluable guidance and assistance.
