In case you missed it: another exciting opportunity for students was announced last week! College of the Rockies has established a block transfer agreement with NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology), creating new pathways for graduates of the newly introduced Computer Information Systems Technology diploma. Under the agreement, graduates can enter the third year of NAIT’s Bachelor of Technology program through a 2+2 structure. "NAIT is a highly respected institution, known for its hands-on, technology-based education and applied research," said Ranjan Bhattacharya, Dean of Trades and Technology. The College’s curriculum includes computer networking, programming, database management, cybersecurity, and systems administration. NAIT’s Bachelor of Technology program builds on this strong technical foundation while adding leadership skills needed in management roles.
