THE 31ST APOLINARIO MABINI AWARDS The Apolinario Mabini Awards was launched by the Philippine Foundation for the Rehabilitation of the Disabled, Inc. (PFRD) in 1974 on its Silver Anniversary. The Award, now on its 50th year, aims to recognize and honor individuals, groups and agencies that have made outstanding contributions to the welfare and inclusion of persons with disabilities and to promote their wider recognition as self-respecting, self-reliant and productive members of society. Awards rites are traditionally held at Malacañang Palace with the President as the special guest. We are still accepting nominations UNTIL APRIL 30, 2025. We highly encourage sending your nominations online.
