Cultivating Community and Randolph County Recycling District are encouraging citizens of Randolph County during the month of April to join us for a day of giving back to our community! Our Community Cleanup Event is a great opportunity to make a positive impact by picking up litter, beautifying public spaces, and working together for a cleaner, greener neighborhood. Here are the details: 1. Put together a team 2. Pick a date 3. Pick an area 4. Register your team 5. Pick up your orange trash bags & flower coupons at 105 W. Franklin St., Winchester or call 584-9816 to make arrangements.
