We're Hiring! Receptionist & Marketing Assistant At Cooper Brouard, we’ve been improving people’s lives through property since 1996. Now, we’re looking for a Receptionist & Marketing Assistant to be the face of our business and help showcase our brand across various platforms. What you'll be doing: - Providing a warm, professional welcome to clients in person and over the phone - Managing emails, appointments, and general office administration - Assisting with marketing: social media posts, property listings, and promotional content - Helping to create engaging materials to showcase our properties and services - Supporting the team in delivering exceptional service to our clients What we’re looking for: - A confident communicator with a friendly, approachable manner - Organised and detail-oriented individual, with great multi-tasking skills - Some experience or interest in marketing and social media - A team player who thrives in a busy office environment - A passion for property and people!
