I am leaving, and move in date can be semi flexible The lease is up in July, with the ability and encouragement to renew. There is one other person living here and she is lovely, chill, and down to earth! The room for rent is the master, which comes with a bathroom outside of the room with a bathtub (photos available upon request) The room is currently furnished and I plan on selling most of it, however I am open to selling it to new tenant if needed The rent is 1821, and with utilities ends up being about 1950 (give or take) split two ways AC in the living room and heat in all of the rooms Washer dryer in unit Apartment is right next to the pool, sauna, and fitness center, as well as within eyeshot of local restaurants North Fork, B2, and Izumi It’s a quiet and very nice neighborhood.
