Welcome to my little studio. This is me. Doing one of the many things I love to do. If you have booked me to do your makeup, I can’t wait to meet you. I haven’t really introduced myself here for a long time. If you are curious to find out a little bit more about me and my work let me paint a picture for you. I am forty years young and have been doing makeup for as long as I can remember. I studied Fashion Design and worked in design for a bit before fully committing and rekindling my love for makeup and all things natural beauty. When I arrive on a job I lug around a huge makeup kit, chair and sometimes lighting. It will look as I am going to move in. But don’t worry while I am a maximalist when it comes to my makeup kit I am a minimalist when it comes to application. My first child is my fluff baby, Dalston the Havanese. Therefore you will never find any brands in my kit that aren’t certified cruelty-free, testing on animals is not my cup of tea. I love people and hearing their love and life stories. So getting work on weddings is right up my alley. I am also the kind of person that cries at strangers weddings. Sydney is my home by choice, I have lived in London, NYC and Berlin before I decided to settle down in Sydney. I love the buzz of big cities, the arts and mostly the people. If you have ever been on my Instagram page you have noticed that I LOVE being a Mama to an adventurous girl and that my little family means everything to me. I sometimes drink chai tea, I love a good coffee before a big a wedding and I can go weeks or months without caffeine at times. I could totally live of fresh mangoes and coconuts. My favourite colour is lilac/purple. Fun Fact: I am a Kundalini Yoga teacher and do my own yoga practice and meditation every day! What about you?
