☃️ Join the City of Norwalk’s Recreation and Parks Department for a Pancake Breakfast with Frosty on Saturday, December 7 from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM in the Norwalk City Hall Community Room! ☃️We will serve pancakes, hot chocolate, orange juice, coffee and tea! Following the breakfast, families will get the chance to take a photo with Frosty. ☃️Pre-registration is required for all attendees, as space is limited.
