By harnessing neuroplasticity through practise and repetition, the brain 🧠 will create and reinforce new neural pathways to learn new skills, habits and ways of thinking. So WHY Therasuit ⁉️ The TheraSuit method intensive program 🏋️ is designed to increase physical function and promote new neural brain pathway activity to develop new skills. Clients participate in an individualised strengthening💪/functional 🤸/goal specific 🥅 program for 3 hours a day, 5 days a week, for 1, 2 or 3 week blocks.
