Our 2025 Academy Program. Designed specifically to develop players whilst creating a pathway to NPL clubs. Vision Football has officially launched its new Academy Squads Program for 2025! Having worked with 1000+ players in the last 4+ years, partnering with multiple top-tier local clubs and competing in some of the country's biggest tournaments, we’re lifting the standard of VF Academy even further this year. So what’s the change? This year, Vision Football will only have one intake of players for Term 1 through to the end of Term 3. This is to ensure the highest quality of players & training standards of the squads by the start of Term 1, with players getting to work directly with their teammates and coach for the 3-term period, providing the optimal environment for their improvement. There will only be 14 spots per age group maximum (12 spots in u13/u14 and 10 spots in u15/u16), and players will be selected based on an expression of interest, and trials process in January. What’s included in the Academy Squad Program? Across age groups u9 to u16, players will have the opportunity to be involved in the following player experiences, on top of 30x high-intensity training sessions: ✅ 2x Talent ID Testings ran by German Football Pathway specialists Eleade ✅ Japan Tour 2025 Experience ✅ Professional Training Clinic ran by A-League Players ✅ Central Coast International Cup ✅ Sydney International Cup ✅ Gold Coast Premier Invitational ✅ NPL Train-On Opportunities with our NPL Pathway Partners To clarify, not all of these are compulsory for all players, but experiences that will only be offered to those part of our Academy Squads Program.
