https://macroplacements.com/vacancy?id=280 Job description Vendor Sourcing & Management • Identify and evaluate reliable vendors for diverse project items. • Build and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial vendor relationships. • Ensure vendors meet delivery timelines, quality standards, and commercial terms. Tender Costing & Estimation • Understand item specifications from tender documents. • Liaise with vendors to obtain accurate quotations. • Prepare and maintain comprehensive costing sheets for tender submissions. Procurement Planning & Execution • Create a procurement plan aligned with the project timeline and budget. • Ensure timely and cost-effective purchase of all required materials post order win. • Track delivery schedules, raise purchase orders, and coordinate with vendors. Negotiation & Strategic Buying • Negotiate competitive pricing and favourable terms without compromising on quality. • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvement. Documentation & Compliance • Maintain accurate records of purchases, vendor communications, and approvals. • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant Job skills Experience in procurement for railway or infrastructure projects is highly preferred. • Basic understanding of electrical, telecom, mechanical and electronic components typically used in railway tenders. • Strong negotiation and communication skills. • Proficiency in Excel and costing sheet preparation. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and planning abilities. • Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally with project and accounts teams. 3-5 years Minimum in Railway or Infrastructure Projects/ Engineering /Manufacturing Firm Required Education Graduate in Engineering / Supply Chain / Commerce / or relevant Salary:50K and above with other facilities Location:Saki Naka,Andheri(E) No fees from candidates Macro Placement consultants Contact no:8237629170/9860699170/7028565645
