Rachel will share concepts based on Nonviolent Communication (NVC) that teach us how to connect with any human (including ourselves, and our kids even if they can’t talk) with kindness. NVC is a powerful framework, a philosophy and a set of practical tools for aligning what we do and say with our core values. As well as studying NVC for two decades, Rachel has also been schooled in the trenches of parenting a wild ADHDer & dysregulated anxious kiddo, single parenting and homeschooling. Her sixteen year old can talk about his feelings and still hugs his mum in public.
