Key roles and responsibilities o Sell motor vehicles and associated accessories and services o Appraise and price trade-ins and buy-ins. o Ensure client satisfaction. o Obtain trade covers. o Ensure vehicle delivery standards to customers are met. o Follow up with outstanding debtors and conclude deal file documentation. o Execute all agreed projects. o Keep the showroom and stockyard to the agreed standard. o Adherence to company culture and code of ethics Qualifications/experience required - Essential o Grade 12 o Minimum 5 years of work experience in New Vehicle Sales o Advanced Literacy and Communication Skills o Intermediate Computer Skills o Valid Driver’s License o Vehicle appraisal experience o Pricing of trade-in experience - Desirable o Technical qualification (Mechanical) o 3 Year degree/diploma in Marketing and Sales Key attributes and competencies needed: o Target Driven o Motivated o Networking ability o Good verbal & written communication skills o Numerical Skills o Product Knowledge o Self – Motivated o Honest Employment Equity - Appointments will be made with due consideration of Kelston Motor Group Employment Equity Plan, therefore people from designated equity groups are encouraged to apply
