Join Our Team as a Quality Assurance (QA) Lead! 📍 Location: Chicago, IL 💲 Pay: $18–$20/hour (DOE) 🕒 Shift: 2nd Shift | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM Call our office today: 708-317-5509 Midway Staffing is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) QA Lead with experience in a food manufacturing environment to help us uphold the highest standards in food safety and quality. You’ll play a key role in inspections, compliance, documentation, and support for our plant operations. Key Responsibilities: Conduct sanitation and operational inspections aligned with GMP, SSOP, and CCP protocols Monitor and document food quality and safety across the facility Support pest control, audits, equipment calibration, and training Partner with Production and Sanitation teams to maintain the Master Sanitation Schedule Assist with internal audits, HACCP, allergen controls, and QA documentation Requirements: Must be bilingual (Spanish/English) Prior food manufacturing QA experience required Familiarity with USDA, HACCP, GMPs, and food safety protocols Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills Ability to work on the production floor and flexible availability for occasional weekends/holidays Apply Today: 📲 https://midwaystaffing.com/ A team member will contact you within 24 hours.
