Nissan Mainline Technician We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various equipment and systems. This role requires a strong technical background, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The Service Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service and support. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose issues using tools such as an ohmmeter to assess electrical components. Troubleshoot malfunctions and implement effective solutions in a timely manner. Document all service activities, including repairs performed and parts used. Communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs, recommendations, and follow-up actions. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience as a Service Technician or in a similar technical role. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, including an ohmmeter. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks effectively. A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
