The Dive HQ Freediving Course is a two night experience based on developing the skills necessary to become a strong & safe freediver. The course is aimed at anyone looking to develop their skills as a freediver; complete beginners to a relatively experienced diver will gain plenty from this course. Night 1: Classroom session covering safety procedures, dry breath holds, drills you can take home to practice & a gear orientation. Night 2: Pool session including duck diving, static & dynamic breath holds, proper weighting, and inwater rescue techniques. Cost - $250 plus gear hire if required. We recommend using as much of your own gear as possible in order to develop familiarity. If you do not own any equipment we have everything required for the pool session available for hire, so don't let that hold you back!
