He took the lid off the radio and misaligned it OFF CAMERA then reinstalled the lid BEFORE he did this ridiculous STAGED VIDEO and made false claims so he could SCAM his customer out of his hard earned $$. What a POS! A $3 part for $100 installed that it don't even need! He tried playing his shenanigans like this with me about a year ago .. BIG MISTAKE! Export radios are like a different species .. you better know what you're doing! Many are incapable or incompetent and will "argue" this FACT just to get your hard-earned $$. There are many Crooks, CON-ARTISTS, FRAUDS, and Panic-A-Quacks out there so-called "truckerizing" radios .. rendering them not worth the shipping cost for repair and realignment with correct updates.
