The new menu (launched June 19) features 17 new signature serves, replacing all previous signatures at @grasshopperph (Tatler Best 2025). Buckle up and get excited to try a range of swoon-worthy tipples from light, effervescent highballs to bright sours, rich and creamy serves, or bold, spirit-forward cocktails. “Each drink is built around hyperlocal ingredients that tell stories of place and tradition, reimagined in inventive and expressive ways,” shares partner, @abbyquilallan. “We change the menu every year — not just to keep things fresh, but to offer new perspectives. It’s our way of keeping the conversation evolving, relevant, and alive. With the new collection, we’re excited to reimagine what’s local and reveal how these treasures can transform the way we experience drinks,” she expounds. On top of that, The Grasshopper Bar is also revamping their bar chow à la carte menu, introducing new dishes by chef Jane Laude.
