Are you ready to dive deeper into the breath? Lumina Breathwork’s Foundational Training is now open for enrollment! This 35 Hour training will equip you with the practical skills and embodied experience needed to integrate breathwork into your work with others, or to simply expand your personal toolkit and relationship with the breath. This training is Yoga Alliance Continuing Education (YACEP) accredited and offers 35 CE hours upon completion of all course components. Space is limited to 10 participants.
