Experience a powerful 2 hour mix of shamanic drumming, journeying and reiki as we hold a sacred space of healing together. What to expect: We begin with some rhythmic breathing to induce a sense of calm and a light meditative state, followed by shamanic drumming to take you on a journey into yourself, before introducing the powerful healing energy of Reiki. The hypnotic rhythm of the drum helps you to quieten your mind, relax and connect to your own inner wisdom. Shamanic drumming can create a harmonic resonance and bring balance to the energy field, both collectively and individually. The repetitive rhythmic drum beat can induce a trance state allowing you to access your subconscious mind and innate wisdom for clarity and guidance. In this meditative trance, in the low brain wave states where healing occurs, we will use Reiki energy to bring about balance to the mind, body and soul. The goal of the session is to allow you to connect to your own inner wisdom and natural ability to heal yourself.
