My company went from 0 to 7 figures in 22 months but I made a major mistake..
In my stripe account, it looked like I made..
In reality?
Some months my employees were taking home more than me🤦♂️
I thought scaling meant making as much money as possible because money fixes everything, right?
What I failed to realize?
Scaling, by definition, means growing revenue and operations WITHOUT proportionally increasing costs.
Seeing those $145k months on stripe were a great stroke to my ego but I should have never let my emotions run my decision making…
I should have prioritized profitability & control.

Few do it because their business is actually ready.
