We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. Responsibilities: - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities based on Montessori principles - Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment. Observe and assess children’s progress and developmental needs - Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues - Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization in line with Montessori standards Qualifications: - At least 1 year of teaching experience with young children (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - A patient, nurturing, and creative approach to teaching - Commitment to professional growth and learning
