[ English Below ] အမျိုးသမီးအဖွဲ့ဝင်များနဲ့သာ ဖွဲ့စည်းထားတဲ့ ပထမဦးဆုံးသော Women Maintenance Team ကို ဒို့အိမ်က စတင်မိတ်ဆက်လိုက်ပါပြီ။ ဒီအဖွဲ့မှာ ပါဝင်တဲ့ အမျိုးသမီးတွေဟာ “အမျိုးသမီးများနဲ့ ဆောက်လုပ်ရေး” (Women in Construction) ပရိုဂရမ်ကတစ်ဆင့် ဆောက်လုပ်ရေး နည်းပညာ၊ အတတ်ပညာများကို ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ရန် လက်တွေ့ လေ့လာသင်ယူခဲ့ကြသူများဖြစ်ကြပြီး ဆောက်လုပ်ရေးနဲ့ ပြုပြင်ထိန်းသိမ်းရေး လုပ်ငန်းခွင်မှာ အလုပ်လုပ်ကိုင်ဖို့ စိတ်အားထက်သန်ကြသူများ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ မကြာသေးခင်က လုပ်ဆောင်ခဲ့တဲ့ စစ်တမ်းကောက်ယူချက်များအရလည်း လုပ်ငန်းခွင် ကျွမ်းကျင်ပိုင်နိုင်မှုနဲ့ လုံခြုံစိတ်ချရမှုတို့ကြောင့် နေအိမ် အဆောက်အအုံများ ပြုပြင်ရာမှာ ၉၃% သောမိသားစုဝင်များက Women Maintenance Team ရဲ့ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများကို ရယူလိုကြောင်း ပြောပြခဲ့ပါတယ်။ လုပ်ငန်းခွင်အတွင်း ဂျန်ဒါကန့်သတ်ချက်များကို ကျော်လွန်ပြီး အရည်အသွေးပြည့်မီတဲ့ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုတွေပေးသွားနိုင်ဖို့ ရည်ရွယ်တဲ့ အမျိုးသမီးများသီးသန့် ပါဝင်ဦးဆောင်သွားမယ့် အဖွဲ့ပဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဆေးသုတ်ခြင်း၊ အိမ်တွင်း လျှပ်စစ်မီး တပ်ဆင်ပြုပြင်ခြင်းနဲ့ အထွေထွေ အိမ်တွင်း ပြင်ဆင်ခြင်းစတဲ့ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများကို Women Maintenance Team ကပေးအပ်သွားမှာဖြစ်ပြီး ဝန်ဆောင်မှု အသေးစိတ်အချက်အလက်များကိုလည်း ဆက်လက်မျှဝေပေးသွားမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ___________________ Doh Eain is delighted to introduce “Women Maintenance Team”, as the first ever all women team.
