I was scared because I was pregnant and experiencing severe abdominal pain. Brandi triaged me and was my primary nurse during my stay. To say I received excellent and compassionate care is an understatement. Not only did she treat me medically; she was also able to relieve my anxiety with her exceptional communication and attentiveness. She took the time to listen to my concerns and relay them to the provider. She treated my pain, but also my fears. The ER is a busy place, but she never seemed 'too busy' to care for me. Thank you, Brandi, for your exceptional care, love, and excellent nursing care that you showed that night, not just for me, but for each and every patient.
