Folks around here say you haven’t really experienced the Fourth of July until you’ve spent it in Canadian. Since 1888, we’ve kicked off Independence Day with one of the best parades in Texas, homemade pie, rodeo dirt, and an old-fashioned sense of pride in our town and country. Make your way to Main Street this year. You’ll find watermelons sliced fresh, kids running wild between bouncy houses and turtle races, and neighbors swapping stories like no time has passed.
