What is included in the Kit Price - Documents: - Architectural drawings (Plans, elevations, sections, etc); meets BP application requirements. - Engineering drawings & specifications - Comprehensive step by step assembly & erection manual for all supplied materials. - Prefab structural steel frames in flatpack for entire building (walls to roof) – all frame elements are pre-cut, hole punched and conditioned for assembly using rivets. - Complete pre-cut steel roof panels, flashings, gutters and accessories - Low-e coated double glazed windows and doors - Top quality 2nd generation co-extruded WPC decking panels (light grey colour) for external walls (no flushing, painting needed) - 1st generation WPC panel (matte white) for internal walls and ceilings (no flushing, painting needed) - Wall and ceiling insulation batts - Electrical wiring instructions (through pre-punched holes in steel frames). - Phone/online advice during construction (if needed): free.
