Tailored training to address specific challenges: Three UK’s Mental Health Journey At MHFA England®, we believe that open conversations about mental health are key to creating healthier, more supportive workplaces. Three UK, one of the nation’s largest mobile providers, has exemplified this by embedding Mental Health First Aid training into its organisational culture. We spoke with Katie McKenna from Three UK's People Propositions team about their approach to mental health training.
