Rhythm Cradle Sound Healing Night A harmonious evening of sound healing at Healing Elements in High River. Let the soothing vibrations of buffalo drums, didgeridoo, native flute, crystal pyramid, chimes, Shruti Box and an array of other beautiful sound instruments guide you into a state of deep relaxation and inner peace. This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to unwind, de-stress, and realign your mind, body, and spirit. Immerse yourself in the healing power of sound and experience a profound sense of well-being. Nurture yourself and find harmony within. Hold and be held. Feel the healing vibrations of rhythms, heart beat and gentle touch. This is a participatory, co-creative offering where you will have an opportunity to heal and be healed; to give and receive. This experience is a core element of the ICDC methodology as taught and practiced by Circles of Rhythm. A lighter and shorter version of Rhythm Cradle is part of all our Community Drumming Circles - this offering focuses on taking you deeper into the soothing realms of Rhythm and Sound. Bring items to build a warm, comforting nest for yourself - a yoga mat, blankets, pillows, perhaps a sleeping bag, warm fuzzy socks, bolsters, eye pillow. When receiving, you will be comfortably lying or sitting in your nest so it is important for you to be warm and as comfortable and relaxed as possible and practical. If you have been to sound baths before, this is a little similar, but also a whole lot different.
