Please allow at least 2 hours after eating before the event to support a more comfortable and effective experience. Parking: Street parking only – please allow a little extra time to find a spot and arrive relaxed. Sound healing is a safe and profound practice, but if you are pregnant, have implants, sound-induced epilepsy, or serious mental health conditions, please inform me in advance. With a background in Yoga, Meditation, and Reiki, he weaves together Sound Healing, Breathwork, and other holistic practices to guide individuals into states of deep relaxation and inner harmony.
