4-week Women Only Beginners Self Defence Course - £40 Starting on Thursday 6-7 pm, the 27th of March, 2025 at Glasgow Club Kelvinhall. This is a serious subject, but will be delivered in a fun and engaging way. We'll look at several scenarios and you'll work with other participants, no need to sign up with a friend - we'll make sure everyone will have a partner/group to work with! The course will empower you and help you stay safe and be more aware of your surroundings. No experience is necessary. All you need is comfortable gym-type clothing, trainers, and a bottle of water. We'll take care of the rest! The course will be taught by a female and a male instructor and will be low-cardio, suitable for all ages and abilities. The venue is opposite Kelvingrove Art Gallery, close to Glasgow Uni, and can be accessed by subway or bus. Student discount is also available through the ticket link. Any questions, just let us know!
