Our focus 4 - 9 Years (Bullyproof Programme) Our Bullyproof programme is designed to do exactly that. 😁 We will help to establish a strong sense of self worth and self esteem in our younger members 🥋 We will develop life skills that will take them through their school years, help them deal with confrontation 10 - 14 Years (Sport BJJ Programme) The programme is designed to introduce one of the fastest growing martial arts to a new generation of athletes as well as teach Self Defence skills that we already teach as part of our hugely successful Bullyproof Programme.
