🍓 FOOD FOREST LANDSCAPE 🍓 This back + side yard #foodforestlandscape design was commissioned by a family of clients in #LebanonOhio who desired to give their landscaping an overhaul with medicinal, edible, and native plantings that would also add ornamental value to their house-surround. Why JUST grow plants for aesthetic value and not aesthetic, edible, AND medicinal?! Imagine being able to take a meditative stroll around your house each day, snacking on edibles, and harvesting cut flowers + medicinals all the while! I was ecstatic that my clients saw this for their site and allowed me to run with their food forest landscapes! ☀️🌥 An array of #microclimates were present at this suburban site, so it was fun to infuse the space with a biodiverse array of native edibles + medicinals to specifically suit each one!
