We’re pleased to introduce Kate from our Corporate Communications team, a true trailblazer in advocating for customers at @endeavourenergy for over 30 years. Kate has been a passionate advocate for open, honest, and transparent communication, especially during times of crisis—whether it’s been bushfires, floods, or the COVID-19 pandemic. Over three decades ago, she launched our first-ever customer-led advisory committee, which has since evolved into our Peak Customer and Stakeholder Committee, giving customers and stakeholders a direct voice in shaping decisions and our future plans. As a driving force behind our commitment to The Energy Charter, Kate has helped ensure customer engagement is embedded in our corporate culture, resulting in tangible outcomes that benefit our diverse communities. Most recently, Kate spearheaded engagement for our Bawley Point and Kioloa project, working closely with local communities, government, and emergency services to co-design NSW’s first community microgrid. The project enhances both energy reliability, resilience and environmental sustainability and has been hailed as a model for innovative, customer-focused energy solutions that future-proof communities.
