We can guide you through the whole process from start to finish, with discussions along the way to ensure the finished design and plans are as close a match to your requirements as possible. Our staff are not commission based, so you are sure to get a truly impartial advice on our huge range of products. THE PROCESS STEP 1: VISIT OUR SHOWROOM The first step in your journey to a quality bathroom is to visit our showroom to get inspiration from our numerous and varied displays. You are welcome to come in and browse any time, or to speak to one of our advisors to book a site visit appointment if you require our measuring service. STEP 2: WE MEASURE YOUR BATHROOM One of our advisors will visit your home to measure your room, and discuss options and bathroom ideas based on the products selected in the showroom. We use laser measures for accuracy in your bathroom design, ensuring everything will fit perfectly around the new plans. We will also discuss your boiler to determine the best products for your system based on the water pressure available. STEP 3: WE PLAN, DESIGN AND QUOTE Our advisor will draw up plans for your bathroom design and provide you with an initial quote. A 2D drawing will be created based on our discussions with you so far. Using our room measurements and our expert knowledge and experience we will calculate the quantity of flooring and wall tiles required, along with all other bathroom equipment to create a room that will maximise the space available and fully accommodate your lifestyle needs. STEP 4: SHOWROOM CONSULTATION We will then invite you back into the showroom to discuss the room layout proposals in detail and to offer help and advice regarding colour schemes and suitable product. Further discussions will help to refine and finalise your bathroom design. Once the design is finalised, we will provide you with a quotation that fits your desires, needs and budget. We can now also provide you with detailed 3D CAD images of your proposed room, with all of the selected products shown. STEP 5: CONFIRM ORDER & TECHNICAL INFORMATION Once you are happy with the design and products, we will require a deposit to confirm your order. We will also provide you with any technical information for your installer at this time. STEP 6: YOUR GOODS ARRIVE INTO OUR WAREHOUSE We process your order and collate your goods in our warehouses. We check your order thoroughly, label and safely store it until you are ready for delivery. For multiple room orders we will label and store all products for each room individually to avoid any confusion on delivery. STEP 7: DELIVERY TO YOUR PROPERTY Our dedicated delivery team will carefully deliver your bathroom to your property at a convenient time for you and your installer. We will check everything with you to ensure all your goods are in perfect condition and on site ready for installation. STEP 8: AFTERSALES SUPPORT We are always available should you or your installer have any queries, to offer help and advice before, during and after the installation process. We’re committed to ensuring that you have the highest quality bathroom installation possible, even after the sale is complete.
