Gió thổi làm xao động những tà áo, làm dịu đi cái nóng của mùa hè, mang lại cảm giác thoải mái và dễ chịu. Cuộc sống đô thị hiện đại với những tòa nhà cao tầng, những con phố đông đúc đã khiến chúng ta xa rời thiên nhiên. Khói bụi, tiếng ồn ào, áp lực công việc... tất cả dường như đang bóp nghẹt cuộc sống của chúng ta. Trong khi đó, việc sở hữu một không gian sống xanh, nơi ta có thể hòa mình vào thiên nhiên, hít thở không khí trong lành lại trở nên quan trọng hơn bao giờ hết. Đó như một liều thuốc tinh thần giúp chúng ta thư giãn, lấy lại cân bằng sau những bộn bề của cuộc sống. Khi tiếp nhận nhu cầu thiết kế về một khu đất có sẵn cây xanh, việc tận dụng và bảo tồn cây cối trong bối cảnh không gian kiến trúc là một nhiệm vụ đầy thách thức nhưng cũng mở ra nhiều cơ hội để tạo ra một công trình hài hòa với thiên nhiên và nâng cao chất lượng không gian sống. Tập trung vào việc tìm kiếm hạnh phúc bền vững và sự tự tại trong tâm hồn, không chỉ qua những thành công hay sự giàu có vật chất mà còn qua sự trân trọng những điều giản dị trong hiện tại và sự kết nối sâu sắc với thiên nhiên. The desire to return to the cool river breeze carrying the scent of water, plants, and the freshness of nature was the driving force behind this project. The gentle breeze ruffles the leaves, alleviating the summer heat and creating a sense of comfort and ease. Modern urban life with towering buildings and crowded streets has distanced us from nature. Pollution, noise, and work pressure seem to suffocate our lives. Meanwhile, owning a green living space where we can immerse ourselves in nature and breathe fresh air has become more important than ever. It is like a spiritual remedy that helps us relax and regain balance after the hustle and bustle of life. When tasked with designing a plot with existing greenery, preserving and integrating the existing vegetation into the architectural context was a challenging yet rewarding task. This presented numerous opportunities to create a structure that harmonizes with nature and enhances the quality of living. Focusing on finding sustainable happiness and inner peace, not only through achievements or material wealth but also through appreciating the simple things in the present and a deep connection with nature. 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐨 𝐕𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚 | Nét Giao Thoa Giữa Truyền Thống Và Hiện Đại ▪️ Diện tích: 350 sqm ▪️ Vị trí: Văn Quán, Hà Đông, Hà Nội Trong những ngày đầu tháng 11, tháng của tri ân, team 𝐃.𝐀𝐠𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐨 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 lại có dịp được hoàn thiện thiết kế cho một gia đình Nhà giáo Nhân dân, người đã có rất nhiều đóng góp cho sự nghiệp giáo dục của nước nhà. Với mong muốn mang đến một không gian vừa đâm chất truyền thống”, vừa trẻ trung hiện đại, chúng tôi đã kiến tạo nên một căn nhà có thể kết nối nhiều thế hệ trong gia đình. 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐨 𝐕𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚 là sự kết hợp tinh tế giữa không gian mở và và các vật liệu tự nhiên. Gỗ Walnut được chọn làm chất liệu chủ đạo cho tất cả các chi tiết, trải dài từ nền tủ, bàn ăn, tường, trần nhà, mang lại cảm giác ấm cúng và thân thuộc. Để giữ vẻ nhẹ nhàng và truyền thống, các đường nét trên đồ vật và các mảng trang trí được tiết chế đến tối giản, tạo cảm giác thanh thoát cho không gian. Pantone chủ đạo là màu gỗ nâu phối với màu beige và màu ghi nhẹ khiến không gian nhuốm một sắc màu của ly Cappuccino: hương vị café truyền thống hoà quyện cùng lớp sữa ngọt ngào trong một hình hài đương đại. Đó chính là câu chuyện mà chúng tôi muốn đưa vào Cappuccino Villa. Để truyền thống và hiện đại hoà trong một không gian, mang lại cảm giác sang trọng nhưng không kém phần đầm ấm. ---------------------- 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐨 𝐕𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚 | The Harmony of Tradition and Mordenity ▪️ Area: 350 sqm ▪️ Location: Van Quan Residence, Hanoi In early November, the month of gratitude, the 𝐃.𝐀𝐠𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐨 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 team had the privilege of completing an interior design project for a family of People’s Teachers, who have made significant contributions to the education of the country. With the desire to create a space which is both traditional and modern, we envisioned a home capable of connecting multiple generations under the same roof. 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐨 𝐕𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚 is a delicate blend off open spaces and natural materials. Walnut wood was chosen as the main element for all features, spanning floors, cabinets, dining tables, walls, and cellings, bringing warmth and familiarity. To maintain a sense of lightness and tradtion, the designs were simplified, and decorative elements were kept minimal, creating a sense of elegance for the space. The main pantone consists of walnut brown paired with beige and soft gray, enveloping the Villa in the hues of a Cappuccino: the traditional richness of coffee interwined with the sweetness of milk in a contemporary form.
